I have read a few reviews and people complain that you have sound quality issues -- once and a while. If I had all the services that Magic Jack has, my land line bill would be about $100 a month -- God only knows how much it would be with international calls. Your voice mail is sent to your e-mail account as an attachment, if caller ID displays the name -- it is in the subject line. If you are working on a project, you can save them in a folder. I had one sent to my Son and instead of a 2000 per month cell phone plan, they are down to the lowest one available (700). No it is not perfect, but for $20 a year -- what do you expect. For the last 2 months, I have been using it for over 4 hours a day (home bound and still need to make a living), I have had a problem 2 times!! I had to call back and it was fine, some people complain about free services.Customer Review: Perfect

My magicjack is great --- quality as good as landline and so close to free. This phone comes with all the services you could want -- those that the phone company charges $6-$8 monthly for each one. What I love about the voicemail is that every voicemail generates an email and you can listen to your messages on any computer (or of course you can access it from your phone). You can go online and forward your MJ number to another number in the event of a power outage too. I just love this and with my family all over the country it's really great to talk long distance all I want to, with landline quality, free. You can't go wrong here.Customer Review: Perfect!!!

I have used MagicJack for 3 years now, no big problems to report. The sound quality has improved 100% over the 3 years to a point where I have no more AT&T (there is a God). I have been very happy to-date however, I would tell MagicJack to kick the over seas customer support they SUCK, there stupid and you can't understand what there saying it's kinda funny, but makes customer service a joke.
I have saved $52.00a month for over 1 year, do the math that is a lot of green.

I see a lot of negative reports being given about this product. For me, it is just one great invention. From the moment I inserted it to this present moment which is about two weeks, it has worked just fine. This divice owes me nothing. I dear say that it paid for itself the very first day I started using it. I used it for about six hours straight. This bill would have been far more costly than the Magic Jack. Very good product. Keep up the good work.
