I bought this as an alarm clock to be used with iPod or only radio to wake me up in the morning. I am amazed by the great sound quality coming out of this small device, so that I regularly use it to liste to music instead of my stereo in the living room. Great sound with nice bass!
It is increadibly easy to set up and use. It uses scroll wheels similiar to the ones on the apple iPod. The FM radio reception could be better but I can life with it. The small remote is also nice. Overall, a great iPod sound box for the price!

I gave this to my husband for fathers day to replace a less expensive one that never worked properly. He LOVES it! After reading the instructions, he was able to create an iHome playlist that he can select to play either preselected or random tunes for wakeup. We both love the way it gently fades out for sleep and fades in for wakeup. Its a wonderful and a great value for the money.
I shopped alot of products before buying this and am extremely happy with this choice. My husband says its a fantastic gift....

I have been using the alarm clock function for the past month and it is really nice and easy to use. The sound that this little box can pump out is kind of shocking but in a good way. The bass is nice and deep (for a little box) and the mids and highs sound great without over doing the highs for a non-tinny sound. The radio tuner seems to work well too, on my home stereo I have problems getting some Canadian stations (I live in the Metro Detroit area) but the iHome picks em up well.Customer Review: So CLEVER, it's AWESOME!

I've had this radio for a couple years now and went on Amazon to buy another! I'm a very picky person and know what I like and this has not failed to impress. The dimmer has a few different settings and I use the brightest for a nightlight at night and can dim it when someone sleeps over. :) The sound is loud. The daylight savings switch is easy and when the power goes out, it still keeps the time (does not play the radio though). I'm very impressed with this item! My favorite setting is the ability to set different alarms for different days (7, 5, 2) Plus it sounds great! I also have a Bose doc for a different room in the house, and the sound quality is comparable. Now I get to wake up to whatever playlist I like, and can choose the length of the snooze, plus not have to worry about if the power goes out. All in all, this is a GREAT product, and I found it at a GREAT price.
