Customer Review: Better than a Belkin

I bought this iArmband for my iPod Touch (1Gen.) to replace a Belkin Sport Band Plus, after the metal securing clip for the Belkin strap snapped after only three months of use (2-3 times per week at the gym).
I was a bit hesitant at first, mainly because it is approx. half the price of the Belkin and usually you only get what you pay for in the "quality" department, however after using it for a number of weeks now those fears appear to be unfounded.
My iPod Touch fits neatly into the pouch even with it's Griffin Reflect protective case, which is a bit chunky by all accounts.
There are multiple holes in the pouch to allow for the earphone connection, depending on how you position your iPod and the see-through plastic is thin enough to allow the use of the touch screen controls.
The velcro armband strap is very comfortable and easily adjusted to suit the user. There is also a small outer velcro strap for holding key-rings or wrapping excess earphone cable around, which is very useful.
Some reviews have criticised the iArmband when the users have been wearing it whilst weight training etc. Really what did they expect....strap anything to your arms doing upper body excercises and you are going to constrain your muscles. Use it for running or most cardio machines at the gym and you won't be disappointed.
A good quality armband for the price and I wouldn't hesitate in buying another when this one wears out.
