It is not a very good replacement
Instead, get the one listed above. Make sure it is the "Wired Laptop Backpack". Hopefully they still have them.
Below is a review for the one listed above, in contrast to the SA9259.
The Wired Laptop Backpack, which also comes in black, is much better than many of the newer ones made. The quality of materials, like the top handle, zipper pulls, and padding in the shoulder straps is noticeably better than the newer models. Also, the layout of the outer pockets on the back and several additional inner pockets is better as well.
I already had one of these and I ordered another one for a relative. I got the newer version accidentally, and returned it because I was disappointed with the features and quality.
Its too bad they replaced this with an inferior product.

I recently bought this backpack for carrying out my gadgets and stuff to my college and everywhere else. Being a swissgear I was expecting a certain high quality and I believe I got what I had expected.
The material of the entire bag is the first thing one would notice and it is really heavy and strong. The overall construction makes you feel that this backpack will definately keep your belongings safe and sound. The adjustable pad fits both my netbook and my 15 inch laptop easily. I can also squeeze in some stationery and not to mention special pockets for my Mp3 player, phone and camera too. The overall layout and pockets are very good and easy to use.
However the color red could have been on the more subtle side. I found that it was bit too bright to look good. But thats a personal opinion. Also the back of the backpack with the new airflow system is very comfortable and soft. However the straps are not as good as Swissgear claims it to be. I personally find the airlift kind of shoulder straps on my Jansport to be much more comfortable and convenient than any other I have come across.

bought this to replace my older version that i gave to a friend. it's very convenient, with ample space and pockets. note: it's massive in size but also fits my 15" macbook pro in perfectly. i would suggest it for backpacking but there are smaller bags out there to get. this price is worth it though (good quality).Customer Review: Great Buy

Overall it's a very sturdy and nice bag. A great bargain for the price (29.99). Be warned that the bag is not the one pictured. See shared picture that somone uploaded for actual bag. Also, the description said that it would fit a 17" laptop. The tag on the bag says 15". So I can't fit may laptop in the sleeve but outside the sleeve in the same compartment. A little disappointing.
