This is a really awesome backpack!!! My 14.1" laptop fits perfectly well! And I have lots more room to fit a few books and a binder and a notebook, plus pencils and other supplies. I don't have any serious problems. It's kind of big for me, but easily fixable, and you can adjust it to your size. Overall, I give it five stars!!! This backpack has saved my shoulder some pain. I totally recommend you buying this product! And it's worth it! It was $100.00 originally and Amazon gives it to you for WAY less! One of the best purchases I have ever made. :)
