I have owned them for 2 or 3 yrs. I tried to use them karoake machines, but they got stuck so I take them to play them. I used to give them to the kj and I had to keep replacing them so I bought Clear sleeves with the slip and this works fine.
I don't have to replace them very often this way. I bought them over the internet 100 pk for $68 I have checked now they cost $69 for 50 pk so they have doubled. They are still worth it. I would recomend them to any one. I think they are great.

As a junior high school media specialist with numerous CDs and DVDs for teachers and students to borrow, D_Skins are invaluable for preventing damage and scratches to these expensive materials while they are loaned out for classroom instruction and (teenage) student use. Purchased for use in a school library with multiple users (100+) and with various DVD players. Disc Skins save our DVDs from wear and tear and keep them in good condition. They work with any DVD player except the kind with the slot that "sucks in" the CD or DVD as you start to feed it into the slot. The D-Skin's are great. Everything I've tried them on can read through the skins no problem (Xbox 360, Xbox, PS2, Onkyo DVD player, Dell laptop, etc.)
It's a lot better to pay for these than to pay for new discs.
I plan to put these on every disc I own.
