We owned the previous model of this product. It stopped working less than a year after purchase. Upon contacting their horrible customer service we were told that they have changed the service and that we were the proud owners of a large paperweight. Their customer service had us send back the unit and they sent us a gift card for 20% of the value of the item - no replacement - no refund - no caring in my opinion. If you buy this, I hope you get enjoyment out of it for the few months that it will work!Customer Review: Very misleading, and the poorest customer service ever!

I am so disgusted with Brookstone. I ordered this item as a gift for my parents and when it came, it was very tiny. The picture here is very misleading! This thing is about the size of a cd. Notice no dimensions given in the product description? I paid $11 shipping and when I called Brookstone to return it, I was informed I have to pay return shipping! Do NOT order from Brookstone, they are such a rip-off and have no customer service!Customer Review: Horrible Product by Distributed by Horrible Company

Bought this a year ago - we live on Long Island and have moved three times - this thing doesn't work anywhere - even though the Ambient Devices website says there is coverage. Not only doesn't this work, but Brookstone didn't stand behind it and refused to take it back because I didn't have a receipt (IT SAYS BROOKSTONE ON THE FRONT OF IT!!!!!)....
Don't buy this.

Bought this at Brookstone local store. Barely 3 mos later, it is not working anymore. First, it was randomly changing cities continuously until the battery ran out. I inserted new batteries and the screen hanged and then the word "debug" appeared. I'm going to try to return this to the store but I can't find my receipt anymore. This was an old model of the Brooksstone Weather Forecaster and I was very disappointed because I expected the newer model with 152 cities available for the weather and I got only 5 cities. The photo on the advertisement was too small to see and the model number was not advertised. I will be more careful in the future with my Amazon purchases.
