Overall, this was a great buy for an even better price. The ear phones do a good job of blocking out other noise, even on an airplane, and are MUCH more comfortable than the standard ones that come with the Zune player. Use of the splitter does significantly use more power, however. Good thing it comes with an AC adapter. The entire package is a good buy.Customer Review: Good value for the money

I bought this in April 2008 and it is well worth what I paid for it. The only draw back is that it's large. But that means that there is plenty of space for your accessories. It comes with items that, if bought separately, would cost much more. I recommend this for anyone who wants to keep their Zune and all accessories in one kit.Customer Review: Outstanding

Great little sack of gadgets for the guy or gal on the go. I use mine all the time when crashing in motels here and there with my work.
I would not be too concerned about new or used as there is nothing much that could go wrong with these gadgets. I purchased mine used and it works great.

I purchased this Zune Travel pack for my daughter as a Christmas present. I was a little hesitant at first because I had never purchased anything via Amazon. It arrived very quickly and in great condition. I am very happy with my purchase and will purchase another pack in the future for my son :)
