I have owned this product for almost a year now. There is no single accessory which is as useful as the A/V pack. It makes owning and synching the Zune as easy as is possible. Just drop it in and it does EVERYTHING for you (syncs automatically and charges).
The sleek and sexy design is perfect for any AV system or next to the computer.
We take it with us on cruises and watch pre-recorded tv shows on the tv in the room. It's like a portable DVR with remote control.
We transfer recorded shows from the TiVo and are able to fast-forward from the bed using the remote.

I wanted a dock that I could use at work. It's great looking but if you have a Zune80, it'll be a snug fit. If you take off the faceplate by pressing the small button on the smaller docking space, it will come off. Then your Zune80 will fit. I like the fact that you can also use the dock with a tv or monitor that has component inputs. The quality is not amazing but it does the job. It comes with two USB connections so you can leave on at home and one at the office with the dock. The remote is an added plus which works exactly like the Zune Pad. Overall, this is a great dock.Customer Review: A must have for all Zune owners

This is a overall great Item. I use it with my 120GB zune and have very little trouble with it. The Faceplate does require a knife or a small screwdriver to remove though and can be a bit frustrating. though that is only for owners of the 80GB and 120GB players. the remote needed a new battery to work properly but that is minor. Other than those minor gripes it's an overall great Zune acessory. Cheaper than the newer model too.

All I have to say about this product is "This is so cool!". We have a 52 in tv and I was a little worried that my zune movies and shows would show up on the tv screen as thumbnails ... but nope! I am now watching my movies and shows on the big screen.. although it is not HD quality, I really like watching my stuff on the TV rather than my little zune screen - and this way I can watch them with the family too. And on the weekends when I am cleaning -- I love pulling my music up and playing it on the TV too. The remote is very handy.Customer Review: I'm loving it.

Works very well as advertised. I like that the remote control has a magnet for sticking it to the fridge. I was able to "teach" the remote commands to my Sony Remote Commander, so my Zune is now fully integrated with my home theater system! Charges when in the cradle. Sound is awesome. Video... hmm. not so great, but that's due to the Zune's poor video output and not the dock.
If you have a home stereo, don't bother buying one of those integrated Zune amp/speaker systems. Get one of these!
