I like the sound quality of my Zune. It is easy to operate and get started using- that is after you spend an eternity charging it for the first time. It took me 4 1/2 hours to charge it and you can't do a thing with it until it is finished. That is my only complaint with my Zune that its' charge runs down very quickly-even when you are not using it-and it takes a long time to charge it from the USB port on your PC. However, for my first venture into the MP3 world, I will say it was relatively easy.Customer Review: It's just like the iPod

Not going with the flow of the hype, I decided to purchase the Zune instead of the iPod. Sound quality is great, but use a Seinheisser earbuds for greater quality. But from browsing songs to the Zune software, and even on how you turn off the device, the Zune seems to copy these functionalities from the iPod. I am happy with the purchase though but I just don't like the synching method it uses. The Creative Zen players are better.Customer Review: Birthday gift for daughter.

Ordered this for my daughter, she had wanted an ipod. The Zune has a radio and alot of other features. So far we are really pleased. The radio sounds great. I got the 80gb with the premium ear phones, they sound great. I've struggled downloading the software onto my system, but I believe the trouble is me and my computer, not Zune. We've only had it a couple of days. So far can't complain!Customer Review: great player.. bad software!

my previous player was a gigabeat...
it was a good player with buggy software..
guess who made it.. Toshiba... who also make the Zune
