I bought this after my Creative Zen Vision M was stolen. I've had it about 4 months now and I can't say enough good things about it. It was easy to set up, easy to transfer music to and has great sound and video quality. Syncing up music downloads and videos is also very easy. The capacity is great. I have tons of music and lots of episodes of "House" on it. I had to stop playing the episodes of House in the car though -- the sound is so good we keep looking for the source of the sirens that are often in background of the show!Customer Review: The best gift !!!

I bought the Zune 80 GB as a graduation present and my children and I just love them. They look great, they are so easy to use, downloading music is totaly easy. Everybody with basic computer skills can use it. The screen is wonderful. I was kind'a sceptic about watching movies and videoclips on a screen like that but it looks brilliant and you can see all details. If you are looking for a MP3 player with lots of space and cool features ( like the social , where you can send songs and pictures to each other!) thats the thing to buy.Customer Review: Zune Rocks!!!

This is my 2nd Zune 80 GB MP3 player. The sound is great. I have never had any dead pixels. It is very easy to use. I love the features that come with the PC software. There is only one problem and this is just a personal problem. I have a LOT of Japanese music. The Zune doesn't support uni-code. So instead of Japanese fonts appearing on the screen, I get a bunch of squares. Hopefully, Microsoft will fix this. But the Zune is a great player and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great MP3 player.Customer Review: My Wife Loves It!!!

Bought the Zune for my wife for her birthday back in August. She burnned all of her CD's and now keeps them on her Zune. She loves having her music all in one place.
My only complaint is that there should he a setting to turn the headphone jack into a line level out. This would significantly improve the clarity of playback when using the headphone jack to provide input to a hoime stereo system.

The Zune 80gb is awesome. I've had the device for a month now and I love it. It's well worth the price, although I paid less than the advertised price.
