I gave the Zune to my 19 year old son for Christmas. Now, almost a month later and after using it constantly, when asked what he thought of it, his response was: "Its just perfect!" His only complaint was that the process of putting songs on the Zune is not as user friendly as it could be: it either auto-adds complete folders, or you must select/upload individual songs. (You can't upload your music library except for certain songs, it auto-adds all of them!) Thank you for a wonderful product!Customer Review: The Anti Ipod has arrived

I have fallen in love with Zune. I originally purchased myself one for Valentines Day last year and had my husband "surprise" me with it. Just the fact I did NOT have to use Apple software was a bonus. I was so taken by the features, I bought my daughter one and gave my 8gb to my husband. I then had to get a 30gb to replace it. With the right, free software, I now have over 20 full movies and over 3000 songs on my 30gb. I will be getting an 80gb or 120gb soon....christmas, maybe?Customer Review: iWhat?

I used to work at an Apple store and that experience was enough to convince me that I would be a fool to purchase an iPod. I just purchased the Zune 8 GB and I must say I am very pleased with my purchase. I decided to finally purchase an MP3 player because I am sick of packing CDs around with me. The Zune is so easy to use and the on-board radio is a definite plus.
I don't care much for the headphones the Zune came with because they don't fit well in my ears.

I purchased one 8 GB Zune and one 80 GB Zune. I replaced an Archos 20 GB Jukebox. I was afraid I would be intimidated by the newer equipment but it is more user friendly to figure out than the Archos was. Now I see why there is no user manual included. It's available at their site if you need it. It pretty much runs itself. I've just started listening to it so I don't have a feel yet for how battery life is but so far these are great compared to the older Archos.Customer Review: Wonderful - Highly Reccomended

I love this thing. I have used iPods, Sandisk players, Rio, and more. I must say this is the best MP3 player I have used yet.
The sound quality is superb and should give apple a run for its money. I have already seen alot of these pop up in public and have convinced a few of my friends to get one of these instead of an apple product. They were not disappointed, neither was I.
I don't think you can go wrong by getting this thing. A++
