Customer Review: Surprisingly good quality for $27

I bought this lens to see how the lower priced lenses are built, then move up to a better one later. I am usually quick to downplay Chinese quality, but this lens is great. Upon viewing through the viewfinder, the edges are crisp and straight with no distortion anywhere, and there is no vignetting at all at the corners. Also, this lens allows for very close macros as close as 1 1/2 inches! Seems a bit heavy, but maybe they all are. It is 58mm native thread size (as advertised, and what I wanted) and comes with FIVE adapter rings to convert 58mm to 52, 55, 62, 67, and 72mm. Great lens for the money.
