I had a great big jar of batteries to be recycled someday. As soon as I received the Multi Battery Tester I went through the jar and at least 65% of the batteries were still good. This will save the environment and my money. How can you beat that for value.Customer Review: Great Product

Works great with all different types of batteries. My only complaint is that there is no place labelled specifically for AAA lithium batteries, just AA. I use that spot to test my AAA lithiums, but I'm not sure the percentage of charge remaining is accurate.Customer Review: Awesome Tester

"AA" re-chargables have been a headache ever since I started using them. I thought I had a good charger and poor quality batteries, but now I wonder if the charger caused poor battery performance. I decided to buy a good tester first to find my problem cells. And this tester gave me a good start. I was able to weed out the most obvious "duds" that wouldn't hold a charge. After getting some online advice I decided to buy some newer "AA"'s touted for higher quality than the box store bargain pack Energizes I bought in the past. I got some Eneloops and Imedions ... and a new La Crosse smart charger with a readout display for each cell as it's being charged.
I use this tester for a bunch of other types than "AA" and get value from it for that, but now with the new charger I no longer have to test "AA"s. The charger with it's discharge/recharge cycling helped me find more "AA"s that would come up to voltage so looked good on the tester, but when used would quickly drop flat. Now that I'm rid of the "duds" my eBook lets me read for two weeks on a full charged set of "AA"s.

OK, ok... It says the dimensions right up in the specs, but I didn't take notice of them. This thing is as big as a hardcover novel. It's awesome, though. Tests all your batteries under load, which is the most accurate way. But, you better have a whole drawer set aside to store this thing.
