Customer Review: Especially nice for folks with large hands.
Summary: 5 Stars
This product causes far less wrist strain than a normal keyboard and fits my hand well. Normally I use a beanbag-style wrist wrest set an inch or so away from a keyboard (most keyboard wrist wrests are too close for me), I ended up ditching the wrist wrest as my palm wrests naturally on the rounded bottom of this keypad. Set at an angle about 15 degrees left of perpendicular to my chest (not easily done with a normal keyboard), it is quite comfortable.
Otherwise the layout is remarkably intuitive, I was able to adjust more quickly than I thought. I will note though, as others have noticed there is a bit of a philosophy switch. The biggest improvement I experienced was with weapons selection but all the keys are within easy reach, you rarely if ever need to pick up your hand with this thing. Mine came with the ctrl and shift keys swapped from the image here, crouching with ctrl for long periods was uncomfortable until I rebound it to shift, now it's perfect as it is right about where my pinky comes to rest. Also, specific to Team Fortress 2, the comma and period keys are perfectly placed.
