The western digital drive is working good. my first large drive was a WD, it was 8gb, lasted forever so I usually trust this one at least for as long as any drive, but they are sideways so that hurts it, but not the drives fault, that's the set up Dell does.Customer Review: Fine product

Not only is this drive much faster than my old IDE drive with 8M cache, it is as quiet as can be. In fact, if I didn't see my screen updating, I'd think the drive was dead it's so quiet! It's almost night and day the difference in noise!!!Customer Review: WORKS GREAT WITH HP MEDIA VAULT
