I was looking for a relatively inexpensive phone with lots of features, but especially a signal for unanswered voicemails and a "find headset" feature. Simply put - GREAT PHONE! I liked this cordless phone so much, I purchased a second one to replace an (older) phone in another room. Range away from base isn't the best; but, certainly very adequate. If you picked this phone it's because it's one of the few phones left that is still stand-alone without a lot of extra handsets, is up to date visually and specifications, by a name brand, and value priced. It met all of these requirements for me.
