I've had my AT&T 993 2 line phone for a few months now and am very happy with my selection. I read lots of the Amazon reviews on this and other phones, and think this was the best choice for my needs. I did have an intermittent buzz the first few days and found out it was interference from my blackberry being too close to the phone. Audio is crisp and clear, large, well angled LED is nice, and the large buttons are great. I think this is a great phone for the price. Build quality seems very good.Customer Review: Excellent phone

After having several different phones, this one fills the bill. The Caller-ID works fine, the speaker-phone sounds good on this end and to the person I am talking to, and it has a headset jack which makes it easy to talk and type on the computer. The only thing it might need would be an Answering system. However, for those with telco voicemail it even has an indicator for new voicemail.Customer Review: Great phone-highly recommend!!

Good price, good design-nice and sturdy. Much better caller id display than the Panasonic phone I had in the past. Have line 1 hooked up to cable (Cablevision) phone line while line 2 is a Verizon hard wired line. No issues with interference while switching from line 1 to line 2.

This is a fantastic day to day phone. I also ordered the Panasonic headset that plugs into the jack on the side of the phone. I use this phone daily in my home office and it works flawlessly. I really like the Caller ID display. The set-up took a bit of time to tune it to the way I wanted it to operate, but I was able to customize it to my needs.Customer Review: ATT 993 is a good choice

I bought this phone because it has autoredial. This is such a nice hands free feature. This was the only phone I could find with it.
The buttons are big, its easy to program the phone settings and it's affordable. Persoanlly I wish ATT would include a 25 foot handset cord instead of the short one that came from the factory.
