Great feature-laden corded phone, answering machine for the price. Must thoroughly read through the manual to set up features correctly. Most impressed with the clarity of recorded messages and the quality of the synthesized voice (not robotic sounding). Slightly light weight, but seems to be constructed with high-quality plastic. Only time will tell how durable this unit is. Would have given 5 stars, but feel that next version should have a backlit LCD display for easier viewing in a darkened room.Customer Review: product Review

This Phone was worth the money, the only problem that I have is that the phone has to be on speaker in order for me to be able to hear my messages, I live in a dorm room with another person and I do not like for her to hear my messages. Also, when a caller leaves a message the voice box does not let me know the number that called before I hear the message. I did not subscribe to caller ID so this is a great annoyance. overall everything else is fine and I would give it a four out of a five.Customer Review: Great phone!

I bought this phone as a replacement for the Panasonic KX TS 620B phone I bought about 1 1/2 yrs. ago from Amazon. The answering system on the Panasonic was awful, you couldn't understand anything. I love this phone it was easy to program. The voices are nice and clear and easy to understand.The ringer is nice and loud and I like all the phone number you can store for one touch calling. This phone/answering machine will perform as represented. It has a cheap feel to it and might not hold up to a lot of abuse, but it is what it says it is and it works. It is a reasonable alternative to paying the phone company $8 a month to take your messages for you -- ironic that my phone company is AT&T.
You might want a longer handset cord though, the one that it comes with is really short.

One of the few reasonably price corded speakerphones left in the marketplace. It has some nice features but the one thing that I am bothered by is the level of sound especially when using the speakerphone (which was the main reason I purchased this). The price was very good for the features(I did compare the store prices) and we recieved it very quickly after ordering it. I would order this product again.
