Best phone on the market. Features are well done & operation is a snap.The ability to allow one button dialing is exceptional. I bought this item for my mom, and she loves the speakerphone capability...she tends to not hear correctly while holding a phone, but now all she does is hit the speakerphone and she feels better about talking to people on the phone, since she can clearly hear every word via speakerphone..
