For the money, you will not find a better mount for your projector.
You will need to have some common sense when assembling your mount and attaching it to your ceiling. There are no instructions. There is only an explosion view of the product and ONE bag full of washers, bolts, and the such. Sequence is key to a safe installation.
Once you get it dialed in, it is solid. Very happy with this purchase. Don't let negative reviews keep you away. If you like a little challenge in your assembly and have a brain in your head, you will have no problems.

I bought this to mount a Optoma HD20. It is a flawless mount, with strong mechanical parts, a complete set of mounting hardware that even includes the needed parts to mount to masonry, clear, detailed, and well laid out instructions, and a set of features that you would expect would be more expensive. However, one detail to be aware of is that you know the bolt pattern of your projector . It's quite easy to move the projector whatever direction you need to move it, and then tighten in place with the allen wrenches included with the kit.Customer Review: Well constructed and inexpensive

The package arrived very quickly with two-day Prime shipping. The box did not include assembly instructions, but rather a diagram of the unit with the pieces slightly separated. I had no difficulty constructing and installing the unit, and found the diagram was plenty for reference. We have an older home with wood-panel ceilings so the mounting is incredibly firm, and I am at ease having it located directly above me. It comes with plastic anchors if the ceiling is not of wood, although I would not be as comfortable in that circumstance.Customer Review: Reliable Mount for Optoma HD66

This is a good ceiling projector mount especially for the price. It took me two hours to find a way to make it work for the HD66 but after I messed around with it a bit it fit perfectly and securely. If you have the HD66 look at the picture I added and it will make your life a lot easier when it comes to attaching the mount onto the projector. You will definitely not use all of the parts in the package. After I attached it to the projector the rest was simple.Customer Review: A nice mount

This unit came with everything you needed, nut, bolt, screw, etc. The assembally process is easy and streight forward, and they are rock solid once you tighten the top locking bolt. I run rental houses and I have rarely found a better projector mount for todays small light weigth DLP projectors.
Great mount for the dollar, still a good option at twice the price.
