my old Voip phone broke down and could not find anything in the shops...so I came to Amazon and found it. Works like a dream the sound is good and is very compact.
The price was right too, at the moment, I could not find anything to say contrary to the model. I would tell people to buy one like this if they need a Voip phone

I received my phone and installed the software and I was up and running within minutes.
The phone is perfectly sized, has an easy to read LCD display and works great with Skype!!
I highly recommend this product for anybody looking to get into a low cost high quality Voice Over IP phone.

Received this phone very quickly and plugged right in. No hardware drivers required (just a reboot).
I skipped the manufacturers install instructions and installed X-Lite 3.0 for Windows [...]and X-TenMate for windows [...]. Apparently this phone shares the same hardware as the Yealink P1K.
After installing, required a reboot and setup of a SIP account to interface with our IP PBX (Asterisk based). Made outbound and inbound calls and phone performed well. While the audio quality was not as fine as those of our Polycom IP phones, it was more than adequate for this type of device. We're very happy with it so far and hope to use it more.
