My batch was made in Singapore. Always the best experience with these - I have never had a coaster. The 8 - 10X of course are faster, but if these are on sale (and you don't mind the longer burn time), these are the best deal out there.
They do have the Verbatim logo on the front, so if you use a Casio disk label printer, the ink doesn't stick to the entire disk (where the logo is).

This is an absolutely amazing product. Not 1 bad DVD. Definitely the best there is out there when it comes to DVD+R DL discs. It is a little more expensive compared to other brands, but it is well worth it.
These are 10x better than the Memorex ones. Not only have all the discs worked, but the quality is just so much crisper and better. I really wished they sold these 50/100 bulks.

Hi i purchase them on 01/30/2009 and i can only say this "verbatim discs are verbatim discs", i have always trust this brand since 1999.
I have burned 20/20 disc so far, no coaters. I have burned them using 2.4x i like to play it safe at slower speeds. I would recommend these discs (Verbatim DVD+R DL 8.5GB).
Defenetly will buy more,

I just recently took a gamble and bought this pack of Verbatim's for backing up some data that I had. I can confirm that my shipment was indeed manufactured in Singapore, and I used 20/20 discs without one ending up as a coaster. I am very happy with these discs. The price is unbeatable, as I have found them for 10-20 dollars more at other retailers.
I will buy again.

I use my discs for movies and data. Verbatim has been my favorite brand for years. Great quality. DVD dics have lower burn failures than more expensive and cheaper brands. They last longer (in storage) too.
I used to buy them at Sam's but they became hard to find retail. I've been buying on amazon (gladly) since. Can't beat no tax and free 2 day shipping w/ Prime!
