Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Verbatim 95098 4.7 GB up to16x Branded Recordable Disc DVD+R (100 Disc Spindle)Customer Review: best DVD+r - No reason to buy anything else Summary: 5 Stars
I cut about 300 DVD's a year. I've used just about every media out there, but for the past year have found these to be the best.
No reason to buy anythign else.
Just be sure the stack you get is labled "made in tawain" if you have some made in india then send them back.
Customer Review: Excelent stuff. Summary: 5 Stars
You can not get better than Verbatim when it comes to DVDs. I tested about 50 DVDs that I recorded on Verbatim 3 years ago and only one of them had problems. And just a word of caution. If you order 100 DVD pack, expect bottom of the spindle to be broken and couple of bottom disks to be chipped.
Customer Review: One of the best brands Summary: 5 Stars
Exactly which brand/maker of DVD+Rs works best for you depends on your DVD drive. I know from many reviews that Verbatim DVD+R 8x and DVD+R 16x work wonderfully with NEC 35xx drives; I have been using that combo for 1.5 years now and never had a single coaster or issue reading the data back in.
Customer Review: Very reliable Summary: 5 Stars
Halfway through the pack, and these have yet to give me any recording errors. For the same number of discs I would have expected maybe 2 to 3 misses from other brands I have tried. Otherwise, they're simply DVDs that were available at a nicely restrained price point here at Amazon.
Customer Review: Best Media Summary: 5 Stars
After much trial and error I have come to the conclusion that Verbatum is by far the best media out there.
There is rarely a disk that is defective, (maybe 1 out of 300). On the other hand the worst I have found are
HP or Staples. Stick with Verbatum and watch the sales.
