This phone was perfect! Exactly the features I was looking to get. I puchased it for my 77-year old mother and it had to be uncomplicated. She had a Uniden cordless phone before and was comfortable using the speed dial on the cordless handset. The caller ID announcement is hard to understand, but she loves all the visual indicators. I bought this phone for my 70 year old mom. She is sight impaired due to diabetes. She loves this phone for ease of use and she loves the built in answering machine. It also comes with a cordless handset that she has by her bed. The quality is excellent. In fact when my phone goes out I will buy this phone for my household. nice phone. great features. my grandmother loves it. it's very simple and easy to use. large lead screens on both the handset and base. adjustable ringer volume (on base only) lights flash when a call is comming in. audible alert, when you have a messege waiting is nice. the only drawback is the voice caller ID is difficult to make out sometimes.Customer Review: Excellent Sound

The quality and design of this phone answering machine is excellent. The caller ID announcement is perfect for when you are not near the phone base to see who is calling. The handset has many features for visual ring, sound adjustments, caller ID visual. I wish I'd found this phone years ago for a lovely lady who is 80, hard of hearing and suffering from macular degeneration. The large, lit, buttons were great but she especially appreciated clarity of the wireless handset. She said she could hear better on that handset than any other phone she had ever had. Great phone!
