This radio is great. I bought one used and it came looking brand new!! I use it to hear my local EMS which I am currently in training for. Easy to use. Battery life is a little week but if you get rechargeable batteries you should be fine.Customer Review: very pleased

I USED THIS SCANNER THE SECOND IT CAME AND IT WORKED RIGHT AWAY..... IT TOOK LIKE FIVE MINUTES TO LEARN HOW TO USE BUT RIGHT AFTER THAT I WAS LISTENING TO POLICE FIRE AND EMS CALLS. THIS SCANNER IS SO MUCH FUN
