This is a relatively inexpensive, solid, and effective punch down tool. I am a home owner and used it to rewire my home phone distribution block (type 66). I also used it to rewire my home network patch panel (type 110).
It is simple to use and comes with the blades (66/110) you need. I cannot talk to long term quality but if you are using for simple jobs, this is the tool for you.
