I had a clock like this before and it finally died. More like my young child beat it death. I love the nap timer. It is espically great if you have somewhere you have to be. I have no problem reading the alarm clock and my nightstand is probably higher than most. The snooze bar seems to be the same as other snoze bars on clocks I have had in the past. And as for the reviews that say the alarm is to loud that also seems fine. My husband can sleep through anything. His clock is even louder. As for me this is the perfect clock!
