I do a lot of taping and transcribing from my telephone, and the one I had was barely audible and had a lot of static.
I purchased this phone in the hopes that it would work better for me. It did. It has large numbers and lighted dial, which make it much easier to punch the numbers and see who is calling. The sound is strong and clear.
And the shipping to me was phenomenally fast. Great product. Great seller!

I really like this phone, the read out for the caller ID is easy to from accross the room.
I read where some people had a problem with the receiver staying on the hook. After reading all the reviews and then reading the instructions
I have had no problem with this.
Would recommend this phone to everyone.
Excellent service phone received in less than 4 days and this was during the Christmas rush.

I wanted a phone to replace a cheap kitchen landline phone. This fits the bill. It is simple and easy to use. I am not a constant phone talker but just to have a functional landline in the house. This serves the purpose well. The numbers are large and you must pay attention to how the bottom piece is placed onto the phone. I purchased the GE Big Button Phone to use in my bedroom. The size is good for the bedside table, and I especially like the large letter lighted display on this phone. I also like being able to cut off the ringer when desired. I very much like having the phone plug into an electrical outlet instead of using batteries. Great phone, great price, and great display!
