This stowaway Bluetooth keyboard has finally come into its own with the advent of tablet computers. I have had mine for about 4 years, and use it with the iPad now, but it has worked equally well with my smartphone, my old IPAQ PDA, even my PlayStation 3!!! Turn your iPad or other tablet into a truly portable typewriter with the addition of this little wonder of the modern age. I use mine everyday, sometimes twice. In fact, as I sit here, typing this review on my laptop, the iGo Stowaway is beckoning me from where it sits unused beneath my iPad, calling me with its springy key-recoil, its satisfying snap and the impressive foldability of an Eastern European gymnast. I have written several short stories and my NaNoWriMo novel with it, and its only had its two-AAA batteries recharged three times. A real swell deal! This keyboard fills my left pocket and my "Ultra mobile PC phone" fills my right pocket. This keyboard allows me to type at normal speed on a device I can keep in my pocket, and I was astonished to see that it would have even worked for text messaging on my older phone, the Nokia N-Gage. If you have any HTC phone or any phone that supports bluetooth or this keyboard, or even a PDA, I highly recommend this product, although it is costly. Pair it with anything that can run TextMaker Office for WindowsMobile and you have a meeting powerhouse in your pocket that can tackle the best college note taking in a much more mobile manner than a laptop, since you don't need to take it out of a bag, plug it in, and otherwise waste time. I also suggest pairing it with the mouse by the same company for the same purpose.Customer Review: Compatability? Pfft

The fact is, the PDA I own is not even listed as one of the compatible models recommended for this keyboard. Does it work? Very well!
Don't get frustrated with this little thing, read the instruction manual on how to set up a secure connection, which is far more stable than a simple search-and-find connection, and you'll be typing for hours without any problems. I got my PDA as a gift, and decided that buying this little keyboard would be a very cheap alternative to buying a full blown laptop for typing notes in class. I'm a senior Biochemistry major, and do not know how I have survived three years without typing my notes in class. Now I can type everything for 1/26th the price of the laptop I was looking at...all thanks to this keyboard!

I bought the iGo Stowaway Ultra-Slim Bluetooth Keyboard for Blackberry and other PDA/ Handhelds for use with my Nokia 770. The hardest part of the set-up was getting the "How to open & close sticker off the Keyboard & case".
1. I had already downloaded and installed the required Bluetooth Keyboard drive.
2. All I had to do is turn the Keyboard on as instructed.
3. Tap my Bluetooth Icon - settings - select Stowaway Keyboard (English)
4. Pair the two as instructed.
5. All the keys worked as indicated in my "First NO PECKING" E-mail.
6. Although I was getting good at pecking out a quick E-mail, this is much more enjoyable, even with my size 12 hands.
Great product, looks like it is well made and should stand the test of time.

I was always very skeptical about this keyboard for Palm TX (due to think outside's problems with palm OS 5 and driver issues). Think Outside released an updated driver in april/may 2006 and now most problems are solved.
Keyboard is very light, beautiful and compact (Easily fits in most jacket pockets). I got it working in no time (simple help file) and it has increased the productivity of my palm device so much. Now with WIFI connection, I'm able to write emails, chat on messengers (causerie messenger) and make my own documents anywhere I want.
You don't need a laptop if you use this keyboard, as u can do almost all of that on your palm now :)
I highly recommend this product for anyone, who wants a keyboard for their palm or cellular.
