Customer Review: Easy install, Quiet HSF

My mother's computer needed a new HSF, and since the most demanding thing she does is pay bills online, I didn't need anything extravagant. I saw some positive reviews for this, and I've been happy with ThermalTake products in the past.
Installation was a snap. I was worried when I opened up the box and there were no instructions, but as I tackled installing the heat sink, I found it was simply lining up the brackets, pushing a lever down and "Bam," I was finished. It actually took longer to remove the old thermal paste from the CPU than it did to install this thing. In addition, the thermal paste is pre-applied to the bottom of this HSF, so there's no need to spread paste yourself. I'm sure it's just generic paste, but if you're looking at purchasing this HSF, you just need something to do the job, not some Arctic Silver.
I made it a point to make my mother's PC as quiet as possible on a low budget, and I can't really hear this thing running at all. It's hard to tell the PC is on sometimes.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with this purchase. It's quiet, super easy to install, and very small. I'm sure this thing could work on a high-end CPU as well as long as you're not overclocking.
