I used to read to fall asleep at night, but my eyesight has gotten too bad at the end of a long day. Enter an mp3 player with a sleep timer and audiobooks -- except falling asleep with earphones is annoying (and potentially dangerous) and the speaker is annoying to my spouse. The Unwind pillow speaker is perfect! It works very well; barely audible to my spouse when I have it loud enough to sleep on my back, and not audible at all to him when it's quite loud enough for me on my side. My cat chewed through the cord on the first one, and I *very* quickly replaced it with the same model. Big thumbs up!Customer Review: great product

I bought this 6 months ago. Was sleeping with ear buds to listen to my radio show at 1:00AM coast to coast. Ear buds were killing my ears. I received the speakers and put them under my pillow case. Easy to use, plug into radio. Nice long cord with volume control on it. No problems works well. I can hear the radio well. Doesn't bother my husband and my ears don't hurt from ear buds. Still works well just like the day I bought it. Was a good price didn't pay an arm and leg. It is comfortable under the pillowcase. I can hear my show very well. After years of contorting myself to listen to audiobooks to put myself to sleep, while keeping the volume low enough not to wake the wife, I'm thrilled to say that this thing works beautifully. Sound quality is good and it's proven durable. Still working perfectly after more than a year of being used every night and a fair amount of travel.
I prefer to sleep on thin pillows and occasionally will need to shift an ear off of a speaker, but it's a very minor issue and I'd absolutely buy it again.

These speakers are great. I like to listen to relaxation and meditation music at night. My husband would always come in when I was meditation and would need the music shut off in order to sleep. Now I can just place the speaker under my pillow and enjoy my relaxation while my husband can sleep and can't hear the music at all. Well worth the small investment.Customer Review: Love this thing

I use this every night to go to sleep. If you need sound to go to sleep with, but your wife can't stand the tv being on, or music playing, then this is for you. My wife says she can't hear anything, even when I have it turned all the way up(which is way too loud for me). You'll be pleased with it, trust me. :)
