Neat Reciepts is a great way to organize for tax, business and home budgeting. It is important to keep your receipts and scan them the day you get them. Depending on the type of receipt the system sometimes has problems figuring out the correct total cost but it is easily rectified with a manual entry. I love this scanner. I was able to load the software without a problem and the scanner worked right away. It easily reads business cards, receipt and invoices. It recognizes all the information and inputs it into a easy to use database.
It is well worth the price if you need to keep track of expenses. I would highly recommend this item.

I just love this scanner. It is easy to use and keeps track of all my receipts, allowing me to eliminate all that extra paper. It was extremely easy to set up and use immediately. The software makes it easy to organize receipts and track expenses. I use it in conjuction with my notebook pc. It's light, portable and stores easily also.Customer Review: Awesome

I've had HP stuff and had 2 brand new combination acanner/printers go out in less that 6 months. This scanner and the portable Cannon printer serves my needs perfectly. I am a pilot and need portable capability. Both work flawlessly. I'll never own combination products nor HP stuff again. Great tool for my business!Customer Review: neat receipts great

This is the second one I have purchased. One was for myself and the other for a gift. It really does rid you of all those receipts hanging around. I would recommend it. The reports are good as well. It is interesting to see how much you really spend on things when you print up a yearly report by category.
