Had this product for about 3 weeks and works like a charm. Very easy to use. Had a little problem installing the product but the installation resolved itself. Too bad the page needs to be scanned upside down - scanned a few blank pages since my other scanner works the other way. Would like to see business card scanning as part of the program with a link to the address app on the mac. Overall, a very good, very solid product.Customer Review: Happy with it

I was nervous about buying this after all the mixed reviews, but I took the plunge and am very happy with it. Customer support could be better, but then again, I hate reading manuals, so part of the fault lies with me. But it's pretty ease to set up and use. I do not take it "mobile" (stays on desk). I would give it 5 stars but i think they still can improve speed a little bit ... putting receipts is tricky at the beginning but you'll get the hang of it quickly. Reports are amazing, presentation is top-notch ... i carry the scanner everywhere ... this is a very nice tool for those of us who can't easily get organized.Customer Review: Great Product. I know it costs more for a MAC user than a PC user, but totally worth it. You're paying for the peace-of-mind that it works on Mac. Software works great -- has cool database functions. Spits out PDF's easily. Good for taxes! Works on my MacBook Pro (Intel) 2.6Ghz .Customer Review: Helpful Product

A great program to keep all your receipts and expenses in order. However, the scanner is quite slow and the recognition software isn't as intuitive as it is described. But if you have some patience it can be a helpful tool in receipt and tax organization.
