We purchased this calculator for my son's pre-calculus class. He has used a tutoral to become familiar with the product and found it very easy to use. If I had to purchase it again, I would have gone with the silver edition to obtain more memory.
I found the best price through Amazon and delivery came before we had expected.

I was purchasing books for my daughter's freshman year of high school. The prices weren't too bad until I got to the TI-84 REQUIRED item - $150.00!!! I almost fell out of the chair (I used a slide rule in school!). I went to Amazon and found a used one for LESS than half price. Great condition and package contents are wonderful.
It comes with everything you would get if you bought it in a store, without having to go to the store or subject yourself to price influx.

This was a requirement for my grandson in highschool. After researching all the locations on the internet I found this to be the best buy around. I was delighted how fast they delivered the calculator so my grandson did not miss any time getting into the thick of things in class. It's definitely a good calculator. I got used to the silver edition in high school, so I'm more familiar with those controls and the stupid little games were actually entertaining, but they're very similar. No games on this one though. Oh well, it works great for my college pre-calculus course.
