When I ordered an upgraded HD Satellite Dish and Receiver from DirecTV in late fall, I was not aware that my local channels were not available through the satellite. I called DirecTV 10 days before Superbowl Sunday to try to get the off-air antenna ($50) installed. By Tuesday, I still did not have confirmation of installation, so I canceled it and ordered the Terk Indoor Antenna. It arrived on Thursday and within 20 minutes after an easy set-up, it was bringing in excellent reception from my local affiliates. Watching the Superbowl on our 62" screen was better than being there! Highly recommend this product.Customer Review: You can't go wrong...

giving this a try. It was my 4th attempt at trying to bring in a decent HDef signal. The first 3 more expensive antennas wouldn't get the signal strength past 50 percent and two of those were amplified units. Surprisingly this one passed the grade and I'm now getting 80 percent signal strength on all channels with "no" rotating needed. Once you find the proper direction to point it, all channels are crystal clear and have a strong steady signal. Plus it not being amplified makes it an asset since no power use is required. In my opinion this is the best antenna out there at a very affordable price.Customer Review: Excellent antenna for the right price!

I did a lot of research on which antenna I should get before I finally settled on this one. I just received it today and got it all hooked up and I was blown away! The reception is excellent and so are the number of channels I get! I only get about 4-6 new channels than with the previous antenna I was using (a basic amplified uhf/vhf rabbit ears style antenna), but all of the channels that I get are 100% signal strength and signal quality! The channels that used to give me problems do not any more. I would definitely recommend this antenna to anyone looking for a good indoor antenna!Customer Review: If You Can Afford the Antenna; I Reccomend It for Poor Reception Areas

I purchased this several months ago.. And I live around a major airport area and reception from this major metropolitan area is just Fantastic.. It's a Strong Antenna & w/the right Digital/Analog converter box, you can pick up even the most difficult stations. I personally have a Magnavox Converter which I have come to realize through research, it's one of the better 1's made during the early days of Digital Conversion..
I won't lie though;around the window area is best. But fortunately, I have yet to be disappointed w/my choices for non-pay TV.

According to AntennaWeb, my home needed a multi-directional antenna, which is primarily situated outside. I really didn't want to deal with the installation process for an outdoor antenna, so I did my research, and this antenna fit the bill. Needless to say, after two minutes setting it up, my TV now picks up all digital channels in the area! I am in a 20 mile range from the local broadcasting towers, and they are (for the majority) placed in the same direction (220 degrees). Great product by Terk, very satisfied with my purchase.
