Customer Review: If all your broadcast towers are together, this is PERFECT!

I'm on the northside of Chicago, about 10 miles from the Hancock building, which is where all of the broadcast towers are. I anticipated tinkering with this antenna quite a bit to get it perfect, but was suprised when everything came in crystal clear from the moment I plugged it in. I guess it has to do with how directional this antenna is. If all your towers are in one place, this is your guy!
I feel silly for the countless hours I spent researching antennas, when this is the one that always comes up first on all web searches, and was the antenna I found after my first 30 seconds of research. I guess there is a reason for that. This antenna is where its at, no question. VHF, UHF, HD, its all you need!

Reviews are a big part why we all buy our products and its the main reason I bought this one and it works as advertised. I was excited when I got my new converter box, hooked it all up, ran my auto scan and I got zero channels. I was so dissapointed. I really thought even with an antenna I wouldnt really pick anything up but some local channels which I was fine with so I ordered this one and immediately it picked up 20 channels and started growing by a small amount. So I can safely say this works. I rate this product 5 stars but keep in mind I havent tested any other antennas so there is a possiblilty that there are some better antennas that could work better but im satisfied with this one so far.Customer Review: It works in Baltimore

No cable TV at our house! The device is in the grade-level family room of a split level house. We get all 3 former VHF stations and the 3 UHF commercial stations we used to see. Also we get 2 different transmitter signals from the Maryland Public Television station. We get all the "dash 2 and 3" offerings on all stations. The antenna sits upright on the cart behind the TV and has both rabbit ears extended fully. It took 5 minutes to set up and a few tries to point it in the optimum direction, followed by re-scanning the TV and converter box. We go Air-Antenna-Converter Box-VCR to record. There is a Radio Shack splitter for the antenna - one to converter box and one to TV. It really works!Customer Review: Worked great in 30 seconds

I bought my first HD TV with a built in tuner and figured I would buy an antenna even though I will used DirecTV 99% of the time.
My hookup consisted entirely of taking out of the box, setting it on top of my TV cabinet behind a plant, pointing it in the general direction of where I thought the broadcast towers would be. I hit auto-program on my TV and two minutes later had every single HD boradcast channel but one. I put literally zero effort into positioning the antenna. I live nowhere near the broadcast towers (far north Dallas, Tx.). As an aside, I apparently put it together wrong because the antenna arms run vertical; I suppose I will fix that.

This Terk HDTVi Indoor Antenna For HDTV is Perfect. I was tired of paying cable prices for local channels. So thought I would give this antenna a try. It pulls in every single HDTV local channel in Phoenix, AZ that is currently available!!! It's awesome!
Oh and this, you may find hard to believe, but it is very TRUE! The picture with this antenna is even *****better***** than what I had with Cox Cable on my Toshiba 73 inch HDTV 1080P!!!
I live in Chandler, AZ. I'm very happy with this product. If you're in Phoenix, AZ; I would certainly give this antenna a try, it's worth every single penny!!!
