I bought these batteries for my son's toy train set, which takes 6 "C" batteries. He was only getting about 2-3 days on Energizer batteries, which seems normal when talking with others who have the same train set. After installing these batteries, he's used it for about 1 1/2 weeks before the batteries seemed like they were losing their "juice". These appear to last more than double that of the alkaline batteries. I use an Ansmann Energy 8 plus charger to charge these batteries, which is supposed to "smart charge" them. Very happy with these batteries. Well worth the purchase.
