Seems like a nice packaged deal for four Li-ion batteries and a recharger. I needed it for my tactical LED flashlights that use the CR123 batteries which are about $5 apiece these days. There is a slight problem when you recharge the batteries. You have to make sure the batteries are making contact with the upper (+) terminal and you have a red light. To do this, put the batteries in and roll them around with your fingers till you get the red charging light, which should turn green only at full charge.
