As I was deciding to finally plunk down the money for an iPod Touch, I looked around for tips on using it for educational purposes - Everyone's talking about mobile learning! I found a site Learning in Hand with a video review of stylus types. See [...] and scroll down. When you need to learn something ask a teacher. Tony Vincent convinced me that I wanted to get a Pogo Stylus and I'm very happy with it. I've been using it with drawing apps (Brushes and Sketchbook Mobile) and find that I'm able to be more precise than I am with my fingers alone. When I first got the stylus and holder, I wasn't sure how the holder would work since I wanted some kind of case for the touch. If the holder were expandable so that it could wrap around the outside of any case, that would be nice - but I managed with a stretchy rubbery case. I made a small slit on one side - just enough to accommodate slipping the case over the clip that holds the stylus. Someone else might have thought up a more clever solution, but that's working out for me.
