I bought this computer bag for my partner as a Christmas gift. He decided he didn't want that big of a bag, rather a smaller "brief" size case. I write this review to let folks know that although the bag was returned, it was a very nice bag - especially for the business man who carries his computer PLUS other stuff - briefs, pens, cords, network cables, etc. The quality of the craftsmanship seemed very good as well. If it hadn't been for the fact that he wouldn't be taking this computer with him for work for this job, he would have kept it in a heartbeat. Hope that helps everyone!Customer Review: room for two

I purchased this bag for my 17"HP. Carried it and the laptop all over the country. My daughter came home from Africa and needed a new laptop. I gave her my old 17". She is now carrying the 17"HP and power cords etc and a Dell 700M and power cords etc. around Africa in the bag. Also has her camera, phone and other stuff. Great Bag and holds everything you need, and then some. Just wish she was toting me around Africa with her! I will be getting another one to carry my new HP 18.4" around. This laptop bag was bought for my husband who purchased an Acer laptop with a 17" screen. I was really looking for more than just a laptop bag when purchasing something he could carry the laptop in. This is a beautiful bag, sturdy, with several pockets and areas for carrying extras. When he first opened it, he was unsure whether his laptop would fit, however it was a perfect fit! I was searching all the local stores between the big retailers and the office supply stores, but I couldn't find a nice looking carrying case for a 17" laptop. I needed it for a Christmas gift and couldn't believe that it was that hard to find them. The few that I did see were approximately $79 & higher, but usually looked ugly or bulky or both. Then I checked here on Amazon & found what I thought looked good for $49. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it to see the nice quality for the money.Customer Review: Unbelievable value

This Targus TLE400 17 Deluxe Leather Notebook Case is a luxury that only I (and millions of Amazon users) will know that I didn't pay a luxury price. The case is gorgeous and well protects my new 17" screen laptop. And best of all, although I economized and accepted Amazon's free shipping offer and expected to wait three weeks before delivery, the case arrived in THREE DAYS!!! Fantastic.
