I bought this card to go into a new canon xsi. I had previously used a 2GB card and was using it for sports shots with continuous shooting. I could get two games on the card. When I installed the 16GB card and looked at the number of available shots in standard shooting mode it registered over 4000 shots possible. You could travel for six months and not fill this card. Worth paying the extra to ensure I never run out of space. Also go for class 6, a must for continuous shooting as the transfer rate is really fast. The reader is a nice touch if you are travelling and want to share on a friends computer.Customer Review: Great card!

I won't rewrite what tons of others have written here. It is a great card and a great value, especially with the bundled reader. I have purchased four of them, all with the reader, so now I can keep readers at work, at home, in my backpack, etc. If I lose one, no worries.
I've used the card in Canon camorders, Canon cameras, Nikon cameras, and Panasonic cameras. All recognized and immediately worked with the cards without a complaint. I've also used the card and reader on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Again, no failures, no complaints, it just works.
Buy a few!

I was a little skeptical at first. So I order the Transcend 16 GB from Amazon and it worked great in my Cannon HFS100. I liked it so much I ordered another. I also found that I could set the camcorder for continuous pictures and when I held the button down, it would take pictures, what seemed like forever, with no lag time whatsoever. I took about twenty continuous shots without stopping. Don't know if it was the camera or the card, but I had never seen anything like that before. Both cards worked fine and the price was right. Shipping and delivery from Amazon was great with both orders.Customer Review: Very good card!!

Well this card and reader are great. They work like a charm I use it to record at 1080i hd video. But less than a week I ordered this set I had both the USB reader and card in my pocket plus two other 4gb cards as well. I forgot they were there and my wife ran them through the washer and full high dry cycle in the dryer. When she found them she and I were for sure they were goners and were just trashed. I tried them out in the USB reader that got washed and to our surprise they all WORK!! And video was all there!! Great product you can't go wrong. I actually own six 16GB Transcend SDHC cards. These are class 6 and very fast. They work well in my digital cameras - I have several - and as stand alone mini storage devices. Competitive pricing on this card is very good at about $40 or $50 with the card reader included. The capacity is always far more than I need but I never have to think about running out of space after taking a thousand or so shots and a few videos as well. The card will hold more than 3,000 photos taken at full resolution on a 12 mega-pixel camera. Over kill on capacity and I like that a lot.
