The "frustration free" packaging caused me some distress after I THREW IT AWAY with the rest of the box! I ordered this with a battery for my camcorder. I got the battery and tossed the outer package and the "frustration free" package into the recycle bin. (The SDHC package when flipped over just looks like a piece of plain cardboard.)
Later I looked at the receipt which stated "this shipment completes your order". Oops...dug the memory out of the recycle bin.
Amazon...suggestion...make the cardboard a different color or have a label on both sides!

Do note that you check whether your device works with SDHC before you buy this card. (A lot of devices don't, and will only accept the older standard up to 2gb.)
I can't comment on the speed of the card, as my N800, for which I bought the card, doesn't allow the fastest transfer rates (which is also why I didn't bother looking around for the fastest Japanese build cards.)
If you have a device like the N800, this is probably the best choice for you, you'll get maximum performance, maximum capacity (at the time I bought this), for the best price.

I bought this card for my brand new Kodak 1012IS. Immediately after getting it, I opened the brand new sealed package, and card was recognized. Over 2500 pics, High Definition video was recorded instantly, super fast, amazing. I can't believe what a deal I got. Thank you so much Amazon and Beach Camera for such awesome products for such low price. May God continue to bless and prosper companies like these.
If you are looking for great card, this card will leave you with extra money to go and enjoy a great dinner!

I have the Canon S3IS. This takes thousands of digital photos and hours of video. I watch and record video of Eagles in the Midwest during the winter months, spending hours with the video recording just so I get that "perfect" video. I have two cards and many times fill them up with video each and every day I go. Not once have any of my Transcends 4gb and 8gb ever flinched. Perfect, smooth recordings every time. During the summer I record air shows. Again filling them up each and every time of the air show performances. Again, never flinching. Great product.Customer Review: Great card, great value.

I've been impressed with the Transcend brand of digital media. This is the 3rd Transcend card I've purchased. 2 are used with a Sanyo Xacti HD700 camcorder, and the third with an Asus EEE PC. The cards are very fast and I have not had any issues with compatibility.
One note, if you have an SD card reader it may not be able to read this type of card (SDHC). You will probably need to purchase a specific SDHC reader. I bought an 8gb Transcend SDHC card with a reader. It works fine on a Macbook Pro, Windows PC, and a the Linux-based Asus EEE PC.
