I got the best price that I'd seen anywhere on a 16GB SD card. The card worked perfectly in my camera, and I can take a ton of pictures now!
Big thumbs up to Amazon's frustration-free packaging! The card comes in a standard SD card flip case inside of a cardboard envelope, which is extremely easy to open, and 100% recyclable. By comparison, the regular packaging for this product is a bulky plastic clamshell which has to be cut open with a knife or scissors since it has sealed edges. That packaging is so large that it requires a box to ship, as well, instead of the cardboard envelope.

This card is able to hold a complete DVD movie, thousands of songs/photos, or just serve as a backup device for one's files.
It operates very well - I now have purchased 3 and with each use its value becomes more apparent.
One word of caution - even though most laptops and systems have an SD card slot, older computers may not be able to recognize or write to this card. Make sure your system has the ability to read SDHC configured products.
If you do not have an SD slot you can purchase an tiny SD reader (very inexpensive) that plugs into your USB port.

This memory card was perfect for our needs! For our wedding, my husband and I decided we didn't want to hire a videographer. We invested the money in a new video camera. Being a computer technician, I've seen one too many hard drives fail so I eliminated cameras with hard drives. DVD drives were too bulky. Flash memory seemed like the most logical choice. And we have no regrets. This card had more than enough space to record our ceremony and reception. And it was so easy to connect to our Macs and download the clips! I own other Transcend memory cards and they haven't failed me yet.Customer Review: Great card, cheap price

I bought 2 of these prior to a two-week trip to Alaska for use in a Canon Powershot S5 IS camera. They worked great - no issues and seemed to be just as fast as my camera.
Bought a additional two cards prior to a tri-continental trip. So I have four of these in total and have almost filled up all of them. No issues were experienced. Very happy with the purchase, especially the price! Bought all of them directly from Amazon rather than the other retailers.
Bought a memory card reader at the same time since my printer doesn't read SDHC (most older devices won't read SDHC).

I had some bad experiences with SD cards that had good price, especially with I/O errors (lost data) and crawling transfer speeds. I went with Transcend (blue-labeled) SD cards for my 32GB and 8GB SD cards and both worked reliability and keep up with my HD 1080 camcorder recording. Few days with this 16GB, it performed flawlessly after several low level initialization and many large file transfers from laptop to laptop. Performance reading varies from the specification (sometime faster and sometimes slower), but in general as expected and same with my other two Transcend SD cards.
