Bought a similar model a few years ago, so when my daughter needed one, I immediately searched for Timex. Very easy to set up and it has a lot of features important for a 15 year old trying to wake up for school. It has dual alarms for those that tend to sleep through the snooze (can set the second alarm to a different radio station or sound). Can set the alarm so it goes off Monday through Friday without having to shut it off on the weekends. Can preset 12 radio stations (8 FM, 3 AM) which is more than most people will need. The "nature sounds" are nice, but I don't know if they will be used. The best feature I think is the digital tuning. It is so much easier to tune a station digitally than the analog tuners some clock radios still have. The sound quality is excellent for an alarm radio. The display is easy to read for anywhere in the room.
