I have used hundreds of these discs on my panasonic dvd recorder for movies and tv shows. These discs have not been any problem for the most par, perhaps a bad disc once in a rare while. Received these disks recently, must say I'm very impressed, use them for backing up stuff, haven't had a problem with any of these disks, as any time you buy in bulk like this, there always seems to be a problem with one or two, but not with these. The free shipping was a special touch. The fact that it got here like i paid for express service was an added bonus. I also got a 5 buck discount because my isp teamed with amazon. I have been purchasing these from Amazon for quite a while now and even ordered them in bulk for work -- you cant beat "no tax and free shipping", but today, i go to order and the price jumped from $19.99 per piece to $35
So much for using Amazon on these!

After Apple came out and said that 8x DVD-Rs shouldn't be used w/ certain Powerbook models (mine included) I started paying mroe attention to the media I was buying. I never had problems using 8-16x media on my machine and these discs work fine too. I use Toast 6.
