Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Olevia 332H 32-Inch LCD HD Ready MonitorCustomer Review: Excellent HDTV Purchase!!! Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased this item after hours and hours of research online for the best value. This is one excellent television set!! I have the Wii hooked up via component cable running in 480p and it looks way better than standard television. After some tinkering, I ran the computer to the television (DVI to HDMI cable seems to have the best picture, 1:1 mode on TV, set computer resolution to 1360x768) and the image is fantastic. Computer games are displayed with no ghosting or artifacts or distortion. If you are wondering which HDTV to purchase, this is the one, as long as you have a cable box. This unit does not come with a tuner, so you will need a box in order to receive any channels from cable, antenna, or satellite. The only downside to this unit is the manual, which comes on a CD instead of an actual paper manual. I give this unit 5/5 stars.

Did lots of research and found that if you have cable/satellite box or DVD player, a tuner is a waste of about 45% of the cost of a flat screen. This doesn't have a tuner and you don't need it. Fabulous picture, great professional reviews of the components of this set, adequate speakers and kind tech support ("turn off the zoom on your dvr, please") would lead me to purchase again. This is bedroom set and when my bigscreen in family room dies, I'm going to Olevia for that also. Buy a "learning" remote so you don't have to fiddle with three remotes. Watch for sales, but I'd pay full price for this.
Customer Review: Great monitor for the price... Summary: 5 Stars
Got monitor a few days ago and have hooked up comcast cable(via composite,) a mac(via hdmi-dvi cable), and a progressive scan dvd player(via component). Everything looks amazing cept for standard def tv but that is not the lcd's fault. The only problem I have at all with the lcd is that sometimes you have to hit the power button twice for it to turn on or turn off. I am not sure if this is the tv or the remote, other than that I highly recommend it for its picture clarity at this price point.
Customer Review: Great Monitor Summary: 5 Stars
I was worried that this would be a waste of money believing firmly in the you get what you pay for motto. But I guess there are always a few exceptions to the rules, this is a great TV with a crystal clear picture. it was easy to set up both our cable box and the video games. Just remember that it don't have a tuner, for the low tech people that means you need to have a cable box (or VCR) to change channels. Great display for the price.
Customer Review: AMAZING! Summary: 5 Stars
I've always bought brand name TV's such as Panasonic and JVC, but I took a chance on the Olevia because of all the rave reviews. I was not disappointed. The picture is the sharpest I've ever seen! Better than my $1500 Panasonic HDTV! My only concern (and it's minor) is that the brand is so new there is no code to use for programming a cable company's remote to work with the TV. A minor inconvenience to enjoy such a great picture.
