It works as intended- in a PC. Mac OS X doesn't seem to like it when you plug it in via a USB external 2.5" laptop HDD enclosure, but that wasn't really its intended purpose. I just wanted to make imaging easier. :) It works fine in the same enclosure in Windows though, so it's not a huge deal.
It's well made, simple and effective. That's my idea of a perfect product!
