This adapter works perfectly with the Nike + iPod if you don't have Nike running shoes. The sensor fits securely in the adapter on the top of your shoe. I had issues with the sensor not being accurate, but that didn't have anything to do with the adapter, I think it's the product itself.Customer Review: Good Enough!

I bought this at a local running store, and when I got it home, I found it a little hard to slide open, and once my sensor was in, it was tight to get it closed. The product also says you can slide the transmitter that plugs into the nano on the clip, however I found when the transmitter has the cap on, is a tiny bit too big to slide into place. I also tried it with my boyfriend's clip to see if mine was just a little bit off, and couldn't get it to work on his either. I think for the money this is a better solution to buying a pair of Nike shoes with the sensor slot in the sole, just need to store the transmitter someplace else.
