If you need to connect your computer with DVI to an HDTV via HDMI use this cable.
I have my 37" vizio connect to my PC , DVI plugs to my computer, HDMI side plugs to my TV.
With a wireless keyboard and mouse, the surfing experience is awesome.
Judging from previous review if you have new devices like PS3 or DVD player with HDMI output you can output to a DVI LCD monitor but chances are you would just output to your large screen HDTV.

Pros: Looks extraordinary on a Full HDTV, very very inexpensive and durable.
Cons: For a price so low, there are none!
Other Thoughts: I love this cable. I'm currently using this cable with my Sharp 32" 1080p LCD HDTV. MAKE SURE YOU PRESS THE "VIEW MODE" BUTTON AND PUT ON THE DOT BY DOT VIEW EITHER WISE IT WILL BE CUT OFF ON THE SIDES! That said I highly recommend this cable to anyone that wants a great picture and phenomenal savings on a HDMI TO DVI cable.

I'm not one to buy those overpriced cables, so when I needed a DVI to HDMI cable for my new Mac Mini I bought this one. Just as good as the high dollar ones. I hooked it up to my 73" Mitsubishi DLP HDTV and Voila, nice HiDef Mac desktop on my TV. No more sitting at the computer desk looking at a small screen. I paid just under 3 bucks for the cable and it works as advertised.
So, forget those overpriced cables and do like I did. Great quality for a small price.

Everything is good, except the USPS service. First it shows that the address is incorrect. When I came to the office, they told me if it happened they would sent the items back to the sender immediately. However, when I checked the mailbox in the next day, I found someone delivered it to my mailbox. It is really ridiculous. Anyway, it works well. I use it by connecting Lenovo T500 and SONY display everyday without meet any problem so far. It is really a nice one.Customer Review: Outstanding performance and cheap!

What can i say, I bought one of these cables several months ago to hook up my DVI laptop to my tv HDMI input. I liked it so much, I purchased a second one for my other television. It works exactly as you expect. Construction quality is great, picture quality is great. I don't think the higher priced ones will do any better (though I have not tried). I liked this cable enough to come back and leave some positive feedback so others can benefit.
